Contractual terms governing the use of INAC™ Transport Manager across Android and Web

1. Carrier vs. Broker Statutory Disclaimer

INAC Transport Manager is a software utility and cloud computing infrastructure provider. INAC Platforms is not a common carrier, freight forwarder, goods transport agency (GTA), or insurer of cargo. Transport operators using our software remain independently responsible for compliance with the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 and applicable state motor vehicle regulations.

2. Lorry Receipt (LR / Bilty) Conditions

  • All goods entered into LRs are deemed carried at the owner's / consignor's risk unless explicit transit insurance is validated.
  • The transporter/operator using the software is responsible for ensuring that consignor and consignee GSTIN numbers and E-way bill details match physical goods.
  • INAC Platforms disclaims all liability for vehicle accidents, transit theft, transit delays, or demurrage claims between freight parties.

3. Automated GST & RCM Tax Calculations Disclaimer

Tax Compliance Notice: Our software provides automated calculation templates for GST (5% GTA RCM, 12% Forward Charge, and Exempt Freight). These calculation utilities are provided as operational tools. Transporters remain legally responsible for verifying tax rates with their Chartered Accountant prior to filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B with the Government of India.

4. Cloud Service Availability & Disaster Recovery SLA

INAC Platforms targets a 99.9% monthly cloud uptime for our Supabase multi-tenant PostgreSQL backends. In the event of temporary upstream cloud maintenance, the mobile application continues uninterrupted operation using local SQLite offline caching.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or statutory claim arising from the use of INAC Transport Manager software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morbi / Wankaner, Gujarat, India.
