Delete Your INAC Transport App Account

INAC Transport App allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data as per Google Play and Indian IT regulations.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email from your registered email address or mention your registered phone number.
2. Email us at: support@inacplatforms.com
3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
4. In the email body, please include your:
   • Registered Phone Number
   • Company Name (if applicable)

Identity Verification: We may request additional verification of your registered phone number or company details before processing the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Our support team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 working days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• User account information (Profile, Phone Number, Email)
• Authentication credentials
• Company membership association
• Locally synced app preferences and progress

Data That May Be Retained

To comply with legal obligations, specifically Indian tax and regulatory laws, we are required to retain certain financial and transactional records. The following data will NOT be deleted:

• Generated Invoices and financial records
• Lorry Receipts (LRs) and associated transport documentation
• Audit logs required by GST and IT laws

Retention Period

Financial and audit data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by the Income Tax Act and GST regulations in India. After the mandatory retention period, this data will be anonymized or deleted.
