By downloading, accessing, or using the INAC Transport mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the App on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
INAC Transport operates on a Company License model. The "User" is an authorized representative of the "Company." All data entered (invoices, LRs, parties) is the property of the Company, not the individual user. Consent provided by an Administrator binds the entire Company entity.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to transport and logistics management. You are responsible for:
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to the Company account. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
The App, including its code, design, and content, is the property of INAC Platforms and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business operations.
The App is provided "as is." INAC Platforms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or tax penalties resulting from incorrect data entry.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
