• User Information: Name, phone number, and profile picture for authentication and account management.
• Transport Data: Lorry Receipts (LR), invoices, party details, vehicle numbers, and driver information entered into the App.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique identifiers to ensure App security and functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision: To generate GST-compliant invoices, Lorry Receipts, and manage your transport ledger.
• Verification: To verify your identity and company ownership via phone authentication (OTP).
• Sync & Backup: To synchronize your data across devices using Google Firebase services.
• Compliance: To maintain records as required by Indian tax and transport regulations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. Access to company data is strictly controlled via role-based access control (RBAC).

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors (e.g., Firebase, Razorpay) who assist in App functionality and payment processing.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation (e.g., GST audit).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Since your data is associated with a Company License, deletion requests must be authorized by the Company Admin.
