1.1 The 30-Day (1-Month) Free Evaluation Guarantee (Try Before You Buy)

To ensure complete satisfaction and eliminate any purchasing risk, INAC Platforms provides an unrestricted 30-Day Free Trial for all newly registered transport businesses:

• Full unrestricted access to all premium features: unlimited Lorry Receipts (LR/Bilty), GST invoicing, consolidated party ledgers, and multi-user team invites.
• No credit card, debit card, or advance payment commitment is required to start.
• We require all prospective clients to test their real-world billing flows, verify PDF templates, and test offline mobile syncing during this trial period.

1.2 Strict No-Refund Policy Once License is Activated

INAC Transport Manager is an intangible digital cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Because dedicated PostgreSQL database instances, real-time synchronization pipelines, and user seat licenses are provisioned instantaneously upon verified payment, all subscription fees (Monthly, Half-Yearly, or Annual Enterprise) are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once the license is activated.

We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for early termination, unused days in a billing cycle, or periods of voluntary company account inactivity.

1.3 Subscription Non-Renewal & Data Grace Period

You may elect not to renew your subscription at any time prior to the expiry of your active validity period. When non-renewal occurs:

• Your workspace will remain fully operational until the exact expiration date recorded on your commercial invoice.
• Following expiration, your company transport records remain safely retained in read-only access for a grace period, allowing you to export invoices, LRs, and balance sheets.
