2. Scope of Services

INAC Platforms delivers digital engineering and consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Next.js & React web application development (SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router).
• Full-stack MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) development and API integrations.
• Cross-platform mobile application development using Flutter and native Android SDK.
• Cloud backend architecture, Firebase integration, and performance optimization.
• Enterprise logistics and B2B digital workflow modernization.

Detailed project specifications, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are formally defined in individual service contracts or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between INAC Platforms and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Client Work Product: Upon full and final receipt of all agreed milestone payments, the client shall retain 100% exclusive ownership of custom source code, bespoke assets, and deliverables specifically created for their project.
• Pre-existing Frameworks: INAC Platforms retains ownership of its proprietary toolkits, standard utility libraries, and pre-existing engineering components. Clients are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such incorporated elements within their delivered solution.
• Website Content: All branding, graphics, logos, content, and design elements displayed on inacplatforms.com are the intellectual property of INAC Platforms and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

4. Commercial Engagements & Payment Terms

All commercial engagements are conducted under transparent, agreed quotation structures (fixed-price, milestone-based, or time-and-materials):

• Invoices are issued in accordance with milestone deliverables defined in the signed SOW.
• Payment obligations are strictly net 15 or 30 days as specified on the commercial invoice.
• Applicable statutory taxes (such as GST under Indian regulations) are charged in accordance with prevailing government laws.

5. Client Obligations & Confidentiality

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, required domain assets, access credentials, and technical specifications necessary for project execution. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business logic, commercial pricing, source code, and trade secrets disclosed during the course of the engagement.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

INAC Platforms warrants that all development work will be executed in a professional, workmanlike manner in accordance with modern engineering standards. We provide a post-deployment warranty period (as agreed in the SOW) to rectify technical defects or bugs at no additional charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INAC Platforms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, server host failures, third-party API changes, or unauthorized access outside our direct control. In all cases, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Products & Applications

For users of third-party platforms or our standalone mobile applications (such as the INAC Transport Manager app), usage may be subject to platform-specific end-user agreements. Review the INAC Transport Application Terms for mobile-specific terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morbi / Gujarat, India.
